Payroll Management Services
Our payroll management services encompass a range of activities related to processing employee compensation, deductions, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
- Collect and maintain accurate employee information, including personal details, salary, benefits, tax withholding preferences, and employment status. Handle reporting and documentation related to new hires, terminations, and employment verification.
- Monitor employee work hours, attendance, and leave taken using time tracking systems or software. Calculate regular and overtime hours worked.
- Calculate employee salaries and wages based on hours worked, hourly rates, and any applicable bonuses or incentives.
- Calculate and withhold federal, state, and local income taxes, as well as Social Security and Medicare taxes (FICA). Prepare and file payroll tax reports, such as Form 941, Form W-2, and state-specific tax forms.
- Process employee deductions, such as health insurance premiums, retirement contributions (401(k)), and other benefits. Ensure accurate contribution matching for retirement plans, if applicable. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, dental plans, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs). Calculate and deduct benefit premiums from employees' pay.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, employee compensation, and tax withholdings. Generate payroll reports for management, accounting, and compliance purposes.
- Provide pay slip for each employee having detailed breakdown of the deduction as required by the law to be delivered to them on their communication ID.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
